Evy is one year old today!

I can't believe my sweet little baby is already one. Here are some pictures from us celebrating her birthday today. She is really good at eating cake now.

Catching Up

So, we have been taking a lot of photos recently but not getting them posted, so here they are...

At the beginning of June we got to spend some time in Tomahawk as one of my dearest friends married an awesome guy. Congrats Angie and Sam! I had a lot of fun officiating at their wedding. Evy took a nap between the wedding and the reception.

While we were at Granny and Papa's we celebrated Hunter's 2nd birthday and Evy's first. It is so fun for the two cousins to have birthdays so close. The kids had a great time opening presents. Hunter has the whole present opening and showing thing down. Evy wasn't so interested until she opened her dresses.

It's like she's deciding which one to wear. The pink or the purple?

And then it was time for cake. Here are the cupcakes Uncle Tim made. They say "Happy 1st and 2nd Birthdays Evy and Hunter"

And then last weekend we celebrated Juneteenth at the parade again. If you don't remember Juneteenth just check out the post from last year in June. Here is Evy and Larye waiting for the parade to start.

And then on Father's Day Evy got to show Daddy her new swimming pool with fountains. She loves it. It is basically a really shallow pool with holes that the water comes out. (I so wish I had thought of that.)

Well, not really. While we were at my cousin Laura's graduation (Yea!!! Laura!!! You are amazing!) I took Evy in the swimming pool at the hotel. She loved it. She loves her bath so we were not surprised. The lake will soon be next! Here is the picture...
